生物反馈电刺激联合雌激素类药物治疗女性盆底功能障碍的临床效果

Clinical effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with estrogen therapy on female pelvic floor dysfunction

目的 :探讨生物反馈电刺激联合雌激素类药物治疗女性盆底功能障碍的临床效果。方法 :选择焦作市第二人民医院妇产科收治的120例盆底功能障碍患者作为研究对象,分成两组,其中对照组患者仅接受生物反馈电刺激治疗,观察组患者则还同时接受雌激素类药物治疗。随访2个月,根据会阴肌力测试法比较两组患者的治疗效果、症状积分改善情况和不良反应发生率。结果 :观察组的盆底康复总有效率为96.67%,显著高于对照组的85.00%;观察组患者的症状积分也显著低于对照组。观察组的不良反应发生率为5.00%,显著低于对照组的23.33%。结论 :应用生物反馈电刺激联合雌激素类药物治疗盆底功能障碍能显著改善患者的症状积分并增强其盆底肌力,从而提高患者的生活质量。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with estrogen therapy on female pelvic floor dysfunction.Methods:One hundred and twenty cases of patients with pelvic floor dysfunction were selected as the research subjects and divided into a control group(treated only with biofeedback electrical stimulation)and an observation group(treated with both biofeedback electrical stimulation and estrogen).After 2 months of follow-up,the curative effect,symptom score improvement and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups based on the perineal muscle strength test.Results:The total efficiency was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(96.67%vs 85.00%)while the symptom score and the incidence of adverse reactions(5.00%vs 23.33%)were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group.Conclusion:The application of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with estrogen in the treatment of patients with pelvic floor dysfunction can significantly improve their symptom scores and enhance their pelvic floor muscle,and thus improve their quality of life.
