超临界碳氢燃料中结焦固体颗粒的沉积规律研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究碳氢燃料中的结焦颗粒在冷却通道内的沉积规律,对超临界碳氢燃料中结焦固体颗粒在冷却管路中的积聚情况进行了数值模拟和实验研究。采用欧拉-拉格朗日离散颗粒模型,sst k-w模型对液固两相耦合下结焦颗粒的沉积进行数值模拟。模拟结果表明:结焦颗粒在圆柱形孔板附近更容易沉积;壁面越粗糙,燃料质量流量越大,燃料温度越高,结焦颗粒的积聚现象越弱;结焦颗粒直径越大,在壁面处的沉积率越大。实验结果表明结焦颗粒在圆柱形孔板中的沉积比在渐变形孔板中的沉积严重。采用渐变型孔板,减小结焦颗粒的直径有助于改善结焦颗粒的沉积现象。 In order to study the deposition regularity of carbon particles in the cooling channel in hydrocarbon fuels,the accumulation of carbon particles in supercritical hydrocarbon fuel in the cooling pipe was numerically simulated and experimentally studied.Euler-Lagrange discrete particle model and sstk-w model were used to simulate the deposition of carbon particles under liquid-solid two-phase coupling.The simulation results show that the carbon particles deposit more easily in the vicinity of the cylindrical orifice plate.The rougher the wall,the larger the fuel mass flow rate and the higher the fuel temperature,the weaker the accumulation is.The accumulation of the particle is also enhanced with the diameter of particle.The experimental results show that the deposition of carbon particles in the cylindrical orifice plate is more serious than that in the tapered orifice plate.Using gradient orifice plate,reducing the diameter of carbon particles help to improve the deposition of carbon particles.
