摘要
枸杞作为一种常用的中药材,历来是医家研究的热点。枸杞多糖作为枸杞的主要活性成分,具有抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗衰老等养生保健功效。枸杞的资源化利用的重要一环就是枸杞多糖的提取,目前常用的提取方法主要有水提法、超声波辅助法、微波辅助法、酶法辅助法等。综述了近年来国内外关于枸杞多糖的提取工艺的发展变化,为枸杞多糖的高效利用提供了理论基础。
As a common Chinese medicine,Fructus Lycii has always been a hot spot of medical research.Lycium barbarum polysaccharide as the main active ingredients of Fructus Lycii,which has the function of anti-tumor,anti-oxidation,and anti-aging.the extraction of Lycium barbarum polysaccharides is the important part of resource utilization of Lycium barbarum.Traditional water-based extraction,assisted extraction of ultrasonic,microwave,and enzyme were the commonly used extraction methods for Lycium barbarum polysaccharides.The extraction technology of Lycium barbarum polysaccharides in recent years was reviewed in this paper,which provided a theoretical basis for the effective utilization of Lycium barbarum polysaccharides.
