摘要
在考虑防水铜版纸原纸生产工艺的3个参数湿强剂、打浆度和松香胶的随机不确定性下,对4个性能指标紧度、抗张强度、表面吸收质量和光泽度进行了分析性稳健优化设计。主要依据性能与参数之间的显示二次回归方程,运用改进的层次分析法处理多目标,以性能波动的方差最小为目标,结合梯度优化算法得到工艺参数的最佳组合,并与确定性优化对比,性能的波动方差相对减少了22.51%。
Considering the stochastic uncertainty of the three process parameters for waterproof coated base paper,that is wet strengthening agent,beating degree and rosin,the analytical robust optimization of the four processes performance that is paper density,tensile strength,surface absorption,quality and gloss was carried out.Based on the regression equations of performance and parameters,an improved analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to deal with multi-objective.The minimum target is the variance of the performance fluctuation,and the gradient optimization algorithm is used to get the combination of process parameters.Compared with the deterministic optimization,the variance of the performance fluctuation is relatively reduced 22.61%.It has a good reference value for the actual production.
