助留剂聚乙烯亚胺与聚丙烯酰胺的应用对比

A comparison on application of PEI and PAM as retention aid in papermaking

聚乙烯亚胺是一种水溶性高分子聚合物,分子内所含有的伯胺、仲胺、叔胺等基团,赋予了聚乙烯亚胺非常独特的性能和极高的化学反应活性。本文通过实验室小试和机台中试对聚乙烯亚胺型助留剂与聚丙烯酰胺型助留剂进行对比试验。结果表明:聚乙烯亚胺型助留剂在助留助滤、成纸指标方面均有明显优势。

A water soluble polymer polyethylene amine,intramolecular of primary amine,secondary amine and tertiary amine groups,such as endowed with polyethyleneimine very unique performance and high chemical reactivity.In this paper,the comparative study was made between PEI and PAM through test in laboratory and the pilot of polyethylene,the results show that Polyethyleneimine retention agent is superior to polyacrylamide in retention aid and paper properties.
