改性瓜尔胶增强助留剂在水松原纸中的应用

Application of modified guar gum enhancer and retention agent in cigarette tipping base paper

使用一种改性瓜尔胶增强助留剂替代传统的阳离子淀粉和聚丙烯酰胺型助留剂在水松原纸中的应用。通过实验室小试、中试以及印刷实验进行对比分析。结果表明,在水松原纸生产过程中,瓜尔胶增强助留剂在浆料和填料的助留助滤、成纸指标的改善、印刷效果的改善方面均优于阳离子淀粉和聚丙烯酰胺型助留剂。

Application of a modified guar gum as strengthening agent and ret ent ion aid ins t ea d of cat ionic s t a rch and polyacrylamide in the production of cigarette tipping base paper was studied.The comparative analysis was made through laboratory test,pilot and printing test.The results show that in the process of tippimg base paper production,guar gum,as strengthening and retention agent,is superior to cationic starch and polyacrylamide aid in improvement of filler retention and slurry drainage,paper properties and printing effect.
