摘要
基于造纸厂上游生产使用含氮化学品,废水中氮含量远超过微生物同化作用的需要量,造成废水处理系统二沉出水氨氮过高等问题,在造纸废水处理生化段使用生物解毒剂Micatrol(MT)和倍活~?硝化菌种(MicroPlex-N)。结果表明,使用生物解毒剂后,活性污泥活性显著增强,丝状菌膨胀得到抑制,COD去除效率能够提升3%~5%;使用倍活~?硝化菌种后,7天的时间内,好氧池建立了良好的硝化系统,微生物同化作用不能利用后的氨氮,通过硝化反应去除,使得二沉池出水氨氮能够稳定在2mg/l。
Based on the use of nitrogenous chemicals in the production process of paper mills,the nitrogen content in wastewater exceeds the requirement of assimilation of microorganisms,resulting in the problem of excessively high levels of ammonia nitrogen in the wastewater treatment system,in the biochemical system of papermaking wastewater treatment,the biodegradation agent Micatrol(MT)and nitrifying bacteria(MicroPlex-N)been uesd.The results showed that after using them,the activity of activated sludge was significantly enhanced,and the expansion of filamentous bacteria was inhibited,and the COD removal efficiency could be increased by 3%-5%.After using nitrifying bacteria(MicroPlex-N),the aerobic activity tank established a good nitrification system,the role of microbial assimilation can not be used after the ammonia nitrogen removal by nitrification,making the second settling tank ammonia nitrogen can be stable at 2mg/l.
