用于预防环空带压的弹性膨胀凝胶的研制与现场应用 被引量:2

摘要 高温、高压气井随着试气、生产的进行,普遍面临着环空带压问题。通过对环空带压的原因分析,提出使用弹性膨胀凝胶技术来预防气井的环空带压问题。室内选用可以固化的水性树脂凝胶作为凝胶基液,通过优选膨胀剂、固化剂、缓固剂以及加重剂材料成功构建了一套弹性膨胀凝胶体系;室内对该凝胶体系与常规密度水泥浆的稠化、流动度、胶结性以及弹性进行了对比评价,评价结果显示该弹性膨胀凝胶体系的胶结强度与弹性回复率明显优于常规水泥浆;该技术在焦页某平台进行了试验,结果显示该凝胶体系具有优异的封隔性能,能够有效预防环空带压问题。 High temperature and high pressure gas wells were generally faced with the problem of annular pressure with the going on of gas test and production.It was proposed by analyzing the reason of annular pressure that the elastic expansion gel was used to prevent the annular pressure of gas wells.A gelation of waterborne resin which could be cured was chosen in laboratory as a gel based liquid,by optimizing the expansive agent,curing agent,retarder and weighting agent,an elastic expansive gel system was successfully developed.A comparative evaluation of thickening,fluidity,bonding and elastic between the gel system and the conventional density cement slurry is carried out in laboratory,the evaluation results show that the bond strength and elastic recovery percentage of the elastic expansion gel system are obviously better than those of conventional cement slurry.The technology is tested on a Jiaoye Platform,the results show that the modified gel system has excellent sealing performance and can effectively prevent the problem of annular pressure.
