Synthesis of Lubiprostone

以科立内酯二醇为原料,经羟基的选择性保护和氧化、维悌希反应、内酯还原、钯碳氢化和水解反应得到鲁比前列酮,其结构经元素分析、高分辨质谱、红外、核磁共振氢谱、碳谱进行了表征。

In this paper,(-)-Corey Lactone Diol was used as the raw material to obtain the lubiprostone by selective protection and selective oxidation of hydroxyl,Wittig reaction,lactone reduction,palladium carbon hydrogenation and hydrolysis.Its structure was characterized with elemental analysis,HRMS,IR,1H NMR and 13 C NMR.
