摘要
甲醛的毒性较大,添加甲醛的食品会致癌,我国食品卫生法规中,明确将甲醛列为禁用的添加剂。本文采用乙酰丙酮分光光度法,对黑木耳中甲醛含量测定进行了研究,对其影响因素和结果进行了分析和探讨。通过实验确定其最佳测试条件并测定样品中甲醛含量。
The toxicity of formaldehyde is bigger,food of adding formaldehyde will cause cancer,formaldehyde is banned as additives in Chinese food hygiene regulations.Using acetyl acetone spectrophotometry,this paper studied the determination of formaldehyde in black fungus,the influence factors and results are analyzed and discussed.Through the experiment to determine the best conditions weremeasured.
