摘要
植物纤维发泡缓冲材料顺应了低碳生活、绿色环保的要求,但是单纯的植物纤维不足以支撑包装材料的缓冲作用和强度要求。淀粉及其衍生物具有良好的膨胀性能及抗静电性能,作为增强剂、胶黏剂、填充剂克服了聚丙烯酰胺抗静电差的缺点;同时淀粉具有优良的生物降解性能,添加到纤维缓冲材料里面,使用后的废弃物一方面可以回收循环使用,另一方面即使不回收也可以快速的在土壤中自然降解,对土壤基本没有污染。
Plant fiber foaming buffering materials comply with the requirements of low carbon living and green environmental protection,but simple plant fiber is not enough to support the cushioning effect and strength requirement of packaging materials.Starch and its derivatives have good expansion properties and antistatic properties.As enhancers,adhesives and fillers,they overcome the disadvantages of polyacrylamide antistatic.Starch has good biodegradation performance at the same time,added to the fiber buffer materials,on the one hand,can be recycled after use,waste recycling,on the other hand,if not recycling also can rapid natural degradation in soil,the soil is no pollution basically.
