摘要
本文中对南海东部某油田的过滤器堵塞物进行了分析,结果显示,堵塞物主要是由水(25%)、油溶性组分(32%)和不溶性组分(43%)组成。通过红外光谱分析,油溶性组分中不含有常规聚丙烯酰胺和聚丙烯酸及其酯体系的清水剂。另外,通过观察和X射线衍射分析可知,不溶性组分主要是由二氧化硅(31%)、正长石(10%)和方解石(59%)组成。
Filter blockage material was analysed in this paper.The result indicated that blockage material consisted of water 25%,oil-solution material 32%and no-solution material 43%.Infrared analysis indicated that oil-solution material had no PAM and poly-acrylic acid.X-ray analysis indicated that no-solution material consisted of SiO 2(31%),Orthoclase(10%),calcite(59%).
