摘要 石油炼化废水处理系统容易受到上游生产影响,导致生化系统受到冲击。本文阐述炼油废水处理过程中,使用生物强化技术及产品(硝化菌种,除油菌,生物促生剂,生物解毒剂)来恢复受硫化物和石油类的冲击,结果表明:当硫化物冲击造成硝化系统受损时,投加生物强化产品,在4 d内建立硝化反应,7 d的时间完全恢复硝化系统;除油菌能够快速分解石油类物质,20 d的时间完全恢复好氧池碳化菌的降解COD及絮凝的功能。 Petroleum Refining Wastewater treatment system is vulnerable to the impact of upstream production process,resulting in biochemical be impacted.This article describes the use of Bioaugmentation technology and products(nitrifying bacteria,Bio-energizer,Micatrol)to restore the impacts of Sulfide and petroleum during the refinery wastewater treatment.The results show that when Sulfide impact When the nitrification system was damaged,the Bioaugmentation product was dosed,the nitrification reaction was established within 4 days,and the nitrification system was completely recovered within 7 days.The degradation of oil bacteria were able to rapidly decompose petroleum substances and completely recuperate the aerobic cell carbonization within 20 days Degradation of bacteria COD and flocculation function.
