油滴在直流高压电情况产生的蜂巢现象研究

摘要 研究了油滴在直流高压电的情况下产生蜂巢现象的原因,证实了蜂巢现象的存在性,并进一步通过控制变量法研究了不同条件下产生蜂巢现象所需要的临界电压.结果表明,油滴在直流高压电情况下产生蜂巢现象主要由电晕放电时空间电荷的积累造成,形成的蜂巢结构与油的性质(油的密度、油的厚度及液体的自组织现象等)有关,能够产生蜂巢结构所需要的临界电压与油的密度、厚度、针尖到油表面的距离及针尖粗细有直接关系.油的密度、厚度、针尖到油表面的距离及针尖粗细数值越大,相应所需要的临界电压越大.实验结果与理论结果吻合很好,为电晕放电领域的电介质流体层的不稳定性现象的研究提供了一定的理论和实验支持. In this paper,the causes of the occurrence of honeycomb are studied theoretically in the case of oil and high voltage and confirmed the existence of honeycomb phenomenon.The critical voltage under different conditions are studied experimentally.The results show that the honeycomb phenomenon is mainly caused by the accumulation of space charge during the corona discharge.The honeycomb structure is related to properties of the oil(oil density,oil thickness,liquid self-phenomenon,etc).The critical voltage required to produce the honeycomb structure is directly related to the density of the oil,the thickness,the distance from the tip to the oil surface,and the tip thickness.The critical voltage will be greater when the oil density,thickness,the distance of oil surface and tip thickness increase.The experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical results,which provide some theoretical and experimental support for the study of the instability of the dielectric fluid layer in the field of corona discharge.
