摘要
通过对3台热边喷射系统增加连通管路以及对F3机架下工作辊增加电磁加热装置解决成品带材板形问题,同时介绍了电磁加热装置的结构和工作原理。实践证明,使用电磁加热装置改善出口带材质量是切实可行的。
In this paper,profile problem of finished strip can be solved by adding pipeline in three hot side spray systems and adding electromagnetic heating device on work roll under F3 mill stand.The structure and working principle of electromagnetic heating device are also introduced in this paper.It is proved by practice that it is feasible to improve the quality of exit strip by using electromagnetic heating device.
