Fixed asset management is the focus and difficulty of network maintenance.The confusion of resource data in design planning,engineering construction,and resource maintenance is widespread.Therefore,starting from the characteristics and problems of Guangxi E-government external network communication resource management,the whole life cycle model of resources,management methods and data quality management are designed and implemented.The communication resource life cycle management platform is embedded in the integrated network resource management system,which can regulate the work flow,control data quality,ensure data consistency,and improve the operation and maintenance level,thus changing the traditional resource management methods,and realizing the three-dimensional resource operation management that focused on“resources accuracy rate”and“resource operation efficiency”.
