基于量化评估策略的护理干预对急性消化道出血患者负性心理及危险性积分的影响 被引量:42

摘要 目的探讨基于量化评估策略的护理干预对急性消化道出血患者负性心理及危险性积分的影响。方法选取2016年7月-2017年6月我院收治的急性消化道出血患者126例,采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各63例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施基于量化评估策略的护理干预。对比两组干预前后医院焦虑抑郁量表(Hospital anxiet and depression scale,HADS)得分及Blatchford入院危险性积分(Blatchford risk score system,BRS)。结果干预后观察组HADS焦虑分量表、抑郁分量表得分均低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组BRS<6分的患者比例显著多于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在急性消化道出血患者中应用基于量化评估策略的护理干预,能够改善患者不良情绪,提高治疗效果。 Objective To observe the effects of nursing intervention based on quantitative evaluation strategy on negative emotion and risk score in patients with acute gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods 126 patients with acute gastrointestinal bleeding in our hospital from July 2016 to Jun 2017 were selected and divided into 2 groups using random number table.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given nursing intervention based on quantitative evaluation strategy.Before and after intervention,scores of hospital anxiety and depression scale(HADS)and Blatchford risk score system(BRS)of these 2 groups were measured and compared.Results After intervention,scores of anxiety subscale,depression subscale of HADS in observation group were lower than those in control group.After intervention,proportion of patients with BRS less than 6 in observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implement of nursing intervention based on quantitative evaluation strategy in patients with acute gasttointestinal bleeding can relieve the patients'negative emotion and improve the treatment effects.
