摘要
随着抽水蓄能电站的运行水头和转速不断提高,边界条件对厂房结构振动影响问题日益突出。以呼和浩特抽水蓄能电站地下厂房为计算实例,建立厂房三维有限元模型,研究了不同边界条件对厂房结构自振特性的影响,并对厂房结构进行了模态分析和共振复合,同时分析了在水力脉动作用下厂房结构振动位移随频率的变化规律。研究结果表明,厂房局部结构的振动响应不在允许范围内,可能发生共振,需要采取减振措施。
With the increasing of running water head and speed of the pumped storage station,the influence of boundary condition on the vibration of the powerhouse became increasingly prominent.In this paper,the three-dimensional finite element model of Hohhot pumped storage power station underground powerhouse was established,using the finite element analysis software ANSYS.The influence of different boundary conditions on powerhouse structure was analyzed.The modal analysis and resonance composite of powerhouse structure were also described.At the same time,the change law of vibration displacement of the plant structure with frequency under the action of hydraulic pulsation was discussed.The results showed that the plant would produce resonance if the vibration response of local structure was not within the allowable range,and needed to take measures to reduce vibration.
