摘要
为实现对现场分散的除尘风机设备集中整合,对唐钢南区除尘风机数据集中监控系统进行开发。利用OPC接口技术、网关协议转换技术、光纤传输等实现数据采集和通讯,将现场各类不同型号PLC数据以及PM800电表的数据接入到PI实时存储平台,应用Vijeo-Citect开发实时监控界面,实现对唐钢南区26台除尘风机集中监控。
To realize centralized integration of scattered dedusting fan equipment at site,data centralized monitoring system for dedusting fans at south area of Tangsteel is developed.Data collection and communication are realized by use of OPC interface technology,gateway protocol transformation technology and optical fiber transmission.All kinds of PLC data and PM800 ammeter data at site are all connected to PI realtime storage platform.Vijeo-Citect is applied to develop realtime monitoring interface to realize centralized monitoring over 26 sets of dedusting fans at south area of Tangsteel.
