复方黄柏液涂剂治疗激素依赖性皮炎疗效观察

EFFICACY AND SAFETY OF TOPICAL IN COMPOUND PHELLODENDRON PAINT FOR THE TREATMENT OF CORTICOSTEROID DEPENDENT DERMATITIS

目的探讨中药外用制剂复方黄柏液涂剂治疗激素依赖性皮炎的疗效和安全性。方法68例激素依赖性皮炎患者随机分为治疗组(34例)和对照组(34例)。治疗组联合使用非索菲那丁胶囊和中药外用制剂复方黄柏液涂剂,对照组联合使用非索菲那丁胶囊和外用维生素B6软膏。治疗8周后进行有临床疗效评价。结果治疗组有效率(88%)显著高于对照组(44%),两者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均无发生严重不良反应。结论复方黄柏液涂剂治疗激素依赖性皮炎疗效确切,安全性高。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy and safety of topical in Compound Phellodendron Paint for treatment of corticosteroid dependent dermatitis.Methods 68 patients were randomized into treatment(n=34)and control(n=34)group.Treatment group was topically applied with fexofenadine capsules and Compound Phellodendron Paint and control group was administered with fexofenadine capsules and Vitamin B6 ointment.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks and effective rates were observed.Results Treatment group achieved an effective rate of 88%,significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).No serious adverse events were noted for either group.Conclusion Topical Compound Phellodendron Paint is effective and safe in the treatment of corticosteroid dependent dermatitis.
