纳米TiO_2/硅藻土基多孔陶粒复合材料的制备及其甲醛去除效果研究 被引量:5

摘要 以硅藻土为主要原料、Ti Cl_4为钛源,采用水解沉淀法制备了一种新型环保材料——纳米TiO_2/硅藻土基多孔陶粒复合材料.检测其在1 m^3环境舱内对室内甲醛的去除效果,结果表明:在紫外光照射下,该复合材料对甲醛具有良好的去除效果,在120 min时,甲醛去除率最高,达到97.8%.将该复合材料用作空气净化器芯体,对新装修房屋空气污染问题的解决将发挥积极作用. The diatomite as the main raw material and TiCl4 as the source of titanium,hydrolytic precipitation method was used to prepare a new type of environmentally friendly material-nano-Ti02/diatomite-based porous ceramsite composite material.Its formaldehyde removal effect in a 1 m3 environmental chamber was tested.The results showed that the composites had good removal effect for formaldehyde under ultraviolet light,and the removal rate of formaldehyde was the highest 97.8%at 120 min.If the composites is used as an air purifier core,it will play a positive role in solving the air pollution problem of newly renovated houses.
