应该理性分析学术论文与临床医生职称之间的关系。不同等级医院管理侧重点要求不同,因此不同等级医院职称评聘应实行论文与职称晋升分级分类考核的管理思路。论文考核对建立科学化、规范化和合理化职称评聘体系仍然具有必要性。

The relationship between academic thesis and cliniciars'titles should be analyzed rationally.Since management emphasis of hospitals in different ranks might differ,this paper brought forward thoughts and ideas for the examination and judgment of professional tiles in graded and classified ways according to articles in hospitals of different ranks.This paper aimed at providing theories for the exploration of the important role plays by judgment of articles in establishing a scientific,standardized and reasonable evaluation system of professional titles.
