重庆市区县综合医院医务人员对医疗质量管理现状的评价

Evaluation on Current Situation of Medical Quality Management of Medical Staff in District and County General Hospitals in Chongqing City

目的:基于员工视角,了解重庆市区县综合医院医疗质量管理现状,为西部地区区县综合医院医疗质量改进工作提供信息。方法:采用抽样调查的方式,从组织架构、管理职能、制度规范、管理工具、管理培训以及运行监督6个方面调查员工对所在医院医疗质量管理现状的评价。结果:员工对目前所在医院医疗质量管理6个方面的评价、对7种常见的医疗质量管理工具知晓度差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:应健全医疗质量管理组织,完善相关制度;加快建立、落实与质量挂钩的激励措施,激发员工积极性;扩大医疗质量管理培训覆盖面;形成一个责任明确、层次清楚、逐级把控的质量监管体系;加强医院质量信息系统建设。

Objectives:To understand the current situation of medical quality management in district and county general hospitals in Chongqing City from the employees'perspective,and to provide information for the improvement of medical quality in district and county general hospitals in western China.Methods:The method of sampling survey was used.The investigation was carried out from six aspects of organizational structure,management functions,organizational norms,management tools,management training and operation supervision.The employees evaluated the current situation of medical quality management in the hospitals.Results:There were statistically significant differences in the satisfaction degree of six aspects of medical quality management and quality management in the current hospital and in the awareness degree of seven common medical quality management tools(P<0.05).Conclusion:The organization of medical quality management and relevant system should be improved.The implement of incentives related to quality should be sped up to motivate the employees.The coverage of medical quality management training should be expanded.The quality supervision system should be formed with claridied responsibility,clear layers,cascaded control.The estabilishment of Hospital Quality Information System should be strengthened.
