摘要
计轴器作为列车占用轨道区段的重要检测设备,其工作性能对铁路安全运营有着重要影响。根据计轴器的尺寸及结构在Ansoft Maxwell中建立三维模型并进行有限元分析,研究计轴器周围磁场的分布以及车轮对其工作状态的影响。在Simulnk中建立AT式牵引供电系统、CRH2型动车组仿真模型,并基于Simplorer平台对牵引供电系统的Simulink模型及计轴器的三维Maxwell模型进行联合仿真,分析牵引回流对计轴器的影响。该联合仿真模型能够为现场案例分析、计轴器抗干扰优化设计提供理论依据。
The axle counter is an important railway signaling equipment used to realize train occupancy detection.Its working performance has an important influence on railway operation.According to the size and structure of the axle counter,a three-dimensional model is established in Ansoft Maxwell and finite element analysis is carried out.Based on this,the magnetic field distribution around the axle counter and the impact of the wheel on its working condition are studied.The simulation models of traction supply system with AT transformer and CRH2 motor train unit are established in Simulink.Based on Simplorer platform,the joint simulation of Simulink model and Maxwell model is conducted,and the influence of the traction return current on the axle counter is analyzed.This combined simulation model can provide a theoretical foundation for on-site case analysis and anti-interference design optimization of the axle counter.
