摘要
通过研究一次正火、一次正火+淬火、二次正火、二次正火+淬火对20SiMn2MoV小试样晶粒度的影响,延伸到完全退火+一次正火、完全退火+二次正火、二次正火对20SiMn2MoV整体试样晶粒度的影响;确定采用完全退火+两次正火的处理方式,20SiMn2MoV热轧材完全可以达到7级奥氏体晶粒度。
On the basis of studying the effect of single normalizing,single normalizing+tempering,double normalizing,double normalizing+tempering on grain size of 20SiMn2MoV small sample,the effect of full annealing+single normalizing,full annealing+double normalizing,secondary normalizing on grain size of 20SiMn2MoV overall sample was studied.The result showed that by adopting the process of full annealing+double normalizing treatment,20SiMn2MoV hot rolled product can reach austenitic grain size of No.7.
