本文阐述了加强企业干部管理工作的重要意义,对企业干部基本素质要求,对如何加强企业干部管理工作进行了探究分析,提出了加强干部管理的思路和举措,意在不断完善国有企业干部管理工作,提高干部群体的素质和工作能力,使干部在企业中发挥模范引领作用,以保证企业健康持续的发展。

The importance of strengthening the management of enterprise cadres were described in this paper.The basic quality requirement of enterprise cadre,and how to strengthen the enterprise cadre management work were analyzed deeply.Some thoughts and measures to strengthen the management of cadres were proposed in this paper in order to improve the management of cadres in state-owned enterprises,improve the quality and work capacity of the cadre group,and make cadres play a model role in the enterprise to ensure the sustainable development of enterprises.
