Two Justice Theories' Implications on Practical Social Justice

罗尔斯和阿玛蒂亚·森对于正义和社会公正都有强烈的情怀和睿智的思考,但在具体的实现路径设计方面却存在分歧。两种正义理论虽然有着明显的不同,但对缓解目前社会转型期中存在的多元认知和利益冲突等种种矛盾仍有可取之处。

Both Rawls and Amartya Sen have strong feelings and wise considerations on justice and social justice.Nevertheless,they show differences on designing specific approaches to realize the two issues.Though two justice theories are obviously different,they both help to release a variety of contradictions among diversified cognitions and interest conflicts during the course of social transformation.
