大学生心理健康观对思政课教学方法的启示

摘要 大学生对自己心理健康状况的认知对思政课教学方法有着重要导向作用,本研究以大学生为研究对象,通过頻数和卡方统计方法来探讨大学生对自我心理健康认知及其对思政课教学方法的启示。研究结果表明,大学生存在人际关系、情感、兴趣、人格、学习认知、家庭归因、价值观、人的自我全面发展等问题。因此,思政课的改革应从改善思政课教师心理健康素质、创设思政实践性教学平台、思政课堂网络化、改变思政课考试机制等角度入手。 College students'recognition on their own psychological health shows important guidance on the teaching methods of ideological and political courses.Taking college students as targets and depending on frequency and chi square as statistical methods,we conducted the research on the college students'recognition on their own psychological health as well as its implications on the teaching methods of ideological and political courses.The results show that college students show problems such as inter-personal relation,emotion,interest,personality,recognition in learning,family attribution,value,man's overall development,and so on.Therefore,we should reform ideological and political courses through the following aspects such as perfecting teachers'qualities in psychological health,establishing platforms for practical teaching,conducting teaching activities assisted with network,changing examination mechanism,and so on.
