在2018年3月18日的总统大选中,普京高票连任。普京之所以有如此高的支持率,在某种意义上反映了俄罗斯民意,反映了俄罗斯国情,反映了俄罗斯发展道路的特点,折射了俄罗斯未来!一方面,普京之治考虑到了俄罗斯的国情和历史传统,考虑到了俄罗斯所面临的国际环境。另一方面,这个充分考虑历史传统的发展模式也明显带有历史上就已存在的缺陷:即经济垄断程度高、结构简单、缺少活力、中小企业不发达;政治生态同样呈现这样一种局面。普京能否在新的任期解决这些问题,或者为解决这些问题创造必要条件为选民和国家所期待。可以判断的是:俄罗斯将继续保持国内政治稳定;经济创新发展仍是最大课题;在对外关系上,与西方博弈日渐激烈,悬念迭出,以大欧亚伙伴关系应对的前景值得关注;中俄关系继续健康发展,双方期待的合作项目获得进展,尤其是地方合作。

In the presidential election on March 18,2018,Putin was re-elected.Mr Putin has such a high rating in a sense reflects the Russian public opinion,the Russian national conditions and the characteristics of Russia's development path.It also reflects Russia's future.On the one hand,Putin's governance takes into account Russia's national conditions and rical traditions,taking into rnational environment that Russia faces.On the other hand,this the develop pattern also has the obvious defects which existed in history:namely the high of economic monopoly,simple structure,lack of vitality,small and medium-sized enterprises are not developed.Political ecology also presents such a situation.Russian voters are waiting to see whether president Putin can solve these problems or create the necessary conditions to address them in a new term.It can be judged that Russia will continue to maintain domestic political stability,and economic innovation is still the biggest issue;In the external relations,the game with the west is increasingly intense,and pulled off some suspense,the prospect of the Great Eurasian partnership to deal with western challenge is worthy of concern;Sino-Russian relations continue to develop healthily,and the cooperation projects,especially local cooperation that both sides look forward to make progress.
