中欧班列作为国家推动"一带一路"倡议的重要载体和平台,是"互联互通"建设的重要组成部分。其重要意义在于,赋予内陆地区与沿海地区相近的物流运输成本,使得物流已不再是影响内陆地区发展对外贸易的最主要障碍,内陆地区有机会成为新的增长极。研究表明,中欧班列开行6年来,发展势头迅猛,国内开行城市已达35个,到达欧洲12个国家的34个城市,运行线达57条,累计开行班列6235列。中欧班列开行释放了亚欧陆路物流和贸易通道的潜能,降低贸易通道单一化风险,增强与"丝绸之路经济带"沿线国家的互联互通,促进了中国与沿线国家以及其他欧洲国家之间的经贸合作。与此同时,中欧班列在货源集聚、运行方式、服务质量、运行成本、运作效率及公共服务等多方面还存在诸多困难和问题。为发展中欧班列,未来需进一步优化运输组织,整合货物资源,创新服务模式,减少财政补贴,以便提高物流综合效益,打造方便快捷、安全高效、绿色环保的全程物流服务平台。

China-Europe Train is an important carrier and platform for the"One Belt And One Road"initiative,and an important part of the construction of"connectivity".Its significance lies in the fact that it gives similar logistics transportation cost to both inland and coastal areas,logistics no longer is the main obstacle affecting foreign trade of inland,and inland areas have the opportunity to become the new growth pole.Stuides show that China-Europe Train operation for the past six years have been rapid development,the cargo trans departed from 35 cities,and reached 34 cities of 12 European countries.With 57 routes there are altogether 6 235 China-Europe cargo trains setting off from China.China-Europe Train has released the channel potential of the Eurasian Land logistics and trade,reduced the risk of trade channel simplification,enhanced connectivity with the countries along"silk road economic belt,promoted economic and trade cooperation between China and the countries along"silk road economic belt,as well as other European countries.At the same time,there are many difficulties and problems in the operation such as goods cluster,operation mode,service quality,operation cost,operation efficiency and public service and so on.China needs further optimize the transportation organization,integrating the resource of the goods and innovation service mode,reducding the subsidies in order to improve the logistics comprehensive benefits,and provides a convenient and quick,safe and efficient,green environment-friend logistics service platform.
