机械制冷/回路热管一体式机房空调系统分析 被引量:3

摘要 当今时代,节能减耗成了一个至关重要的问题,机房冷却系统的耗能降低更是迫在眉睫的需要。想要解决此项问题,热管自行冷却是行之有效的方案之一。针对热管自然冷却在高温气候中需要机械制冷帮助作用的问题,挖掘热管自然冷却更多的减耗实力,文章对新颖的机械制冷/回路热管一体式机房空调系统从原理出发,配合实验测试,进行了分析与探讨。将机械制冷及回路热管通过三介质换热器联合为整体,使得其能够共同或独自工作,同时消除旧式空调系统因电磁阀的切换而造成的稳定性隐患。通过焓差室烟台,我们对该空调系统的机能展开了测试,系统最佳充液率位于100%左右,所有运行模式方案都表现出优秀的制冷能力,20℃温差下,EER值在热管模式中达到了20.9,在未来有着极其广泛的应用前景。 In today’s era,energy conservation and consumption reduction have become a crucial issue.The reduction of energy consumption in the engine room cooling system is an urgent need.To solve this problem,heat pipe cooling is one of the effective solution.For heat pipe natural cooling in high temperature climates require mechanical refrigeration question helpful,and tap the heat pipe to cool further reduce consumption power,this paper on the novel mechanical refrigeration/loop heat pipe integrated computer room air conditioning system from principle,with the experimental tests,carried out analysis and discussion.The mechanical refrigeration and loop heat pipe through the three-media heat exchanger combined as a whole,making it work together or alone,while eliminating the old airconditioning system due to the switching solenoid valve caused by the stability of the hidden dangers.Yantai chamber through the enthalpy difference,we expand the function of the air conditioning system of the test,the optimum filling rate of the system is located around 100%,all operating modes schemes showed excellent cooling capacity,temperature difference 20℃,EER value of the heat pipe mode reached 20.9 in the future has a very wide range of applications.
