为了培养"知识、能力、素质"全面发展的、创新型、高素质技术技能型优秀杰出人才,南京科技职业学院提出了"院级优秀杰出人才"的培养计划。文章以某位"院级优秀杰出人才"培养为例,阐述了导师的培养计划和培养过程,最后该生以优异的成绩毕业,成为一名有理想、有抱负、具有拼搏精神的"优秀毕业生",获得了"副学士学位",顺利地通过专转本,被本科院校录取。

In order to cultivate outstanding and talented people with all-round development of“knowledge,abilities and qualities”,and with innovative and high-quality technical skills,Nanjing Polytechnic Institute proposes a plan of cultivating outstanding talents with excellent academic qualifications.This paper takes a certain college excellent talented person training as an example,expounds the tutor’s training plan and the training process,finally the student graduates with the outstanding achievement,becomes an ideal,the ambition,has the fight spirit“the outstanding graduation students”,won the“Associate Degree”,successfully passed the special translation,by the undergraduate admission.
