摘要
本文针对历史城镇物质形态、土地及房屋产权复杂的现实状况,在广州从化温泉镇的更新改造规划中,提出了"管理单元"的举措,将复杂的城镇肌体分解为可独立操作的板块,从而以较为简单的途径实现城镇的有机更新。
This paper is aimed at the two aspects of urban complexity in physical forms and property ownership in historical cities and towns.Taking Wenquan town as a case study sample,this paper discusses“urban management units”,based on which the conplex cities and towns might be divided into separate parts,so as to adopt a more simple way to reach solutions of metabolism urban regeneration.
