基于人才适应性研究的城乡规划方法教学体系重构

RECONSTRUCTION OF METHODOLOGY TEACHING SYSTEM OF URBAN AND RURAL PLANNING BASED ON THE RESEARCH OF TALENT ADAPTABILITY

针对我国目前城乡发展过程中宏观经济、社会、环境状况变化对城乡规划专业人才需求的转变,本文通过对现阶段专业人才需求的调研,了解目前行业各领域对人才各方面的能力要求,调查目前城乡规划各层次专业人才培养特点,分析人才供需的错位。本文借鉴国际城乡规划专业教育发展经验,针对目前各院校人才培养过程中存在的"重知识、强技能、轻方法"的共同问题,提出基于人才适应性的城乡规划专业教育改革,需立足教学体系中方法教学系统重构——补充职业价值观培养内容;基于专业教育中知识、技能和方法三大板块教学互动规律,梳理纵向方法教学主轴,串联各培养阶段;结合人才成长规律调整课程体系构建,强化横向课程模块;基于院校学科发展特点和个体差异化培养需求,构建课群以增加培养计划的灵活性,从而促使所培养的学生能够在"授之以鱼"到"授之以渔"的转化中,从本科阶段开始就能够根据自身特点,获得针对就业领域进行自我能力更新的能力。

In view of the changes in macro economic,social and environmental conditions in the process of urban and rural development in China,with the shift in demand for professionals in urban and rural planning,through the research on the demand of professional talents at this stage,the paper is aimed to understand the various fields of the industry for the ability requirements of talents.This paper investigates the current characteristics of professional training at all levels of urban and rural planning,and analyzes the dislocation of talent supply and demand.Based on the experience of international urban and rural planning professional education development,it aims at the common problem of"valuing knowledge,reinforcing skill and belittling method"in the process of personnel training at present.This paper puts forward the reform of urban and rural planning education on account of talent adaptability established in the reconstruction of methodology teaching system in the teaching system-filling in the content of vocational values;teaching interaction based on the law of the three sections of knowledge,skills and methods in professional education,combing the main axis of vertical teaching method and connecting each training stage in series;applying talent growth law to adjust the curriculum system and strengthening the horizontal curriculum module.In view of the characteristics of discipline development and individual difference training demand,it is aimed to build a group to increase the flexibility of training programs.Therefore,the students can get the ability to update themselves according to their own characteristics in the field of employment starting from the undergraduate stage in the transformation of"offering fish"to"teaching fishing".
