摘要
中国城乡规划学科经过近70年,尤其是改革开放后近40年的发展,随着国家需要、市场和社会需求的不断变化、教育体制改革的不断推进和城市建设实践的不断纠错,已经形成比较明确的学科领域,整合了极为庞大的知识内容,主流呈现基于建筑学、地理学和公共管理学发展起来的城乡规划学三管齐下、多头并进的开放格局。但是,由于学科架构缺乏深入的学理研究,各类知识融会贯通不足,具有明显的拼贴叠加特征。从城乡发展趋势、国家战略需求、社会发展需要和人才培养出发,建立"三足鼎立"的城乡规划学科结构是时代的要求,也是城乡规划教育工作者的责任。
The Urban and Rural Planning subject in China which has been developed nearly 70 years,especially in the later 40 years,has formed a identified discipline and integrated a vast body of knowledge with the changing needs of nation,market and society as well as the continuous practice of reforming education system and urban construction.Now the mainstream of urban planning based on architecture,geography and public administration presents a multi-pronged approach opening layout.Considering the lack of theoretical research in the disciplinary framework,the deficiency of linking-up-integration in any kinds of knowledge,the Urban and Rural Planning in China has an obvious pastiche feature.From the view of urban and rural development,national strategic needs,social developing needs and talents training,it is the demands of the time and professional educators'missions to build a structure with the three pillars of urban and rural planning subject.
