摘要
20世纪60年代"国家大三线"战略最伟大的建设成就——钢铁城市攀枝花,在国家钢铁产量严重过剩的形势下,收缩工业,积极发展城市服务业,扭转"重生产轻生活"的状态,转型求生实现城市宜居是必然之路。攀钢弄弄坪基地在今后的20年里将逐渐实现功能置换,从工业区转为城市综合生活区。鉴于此,本文针对该功能片区进行了近期远期相结合的城市设计探索:近期缩减生产优化生活,微创手术改善配套的居住环境;远期,在留存工业记忆和保护大三线建设文化遗产的前提下,全面实施"退二进三",塑造城市综合生活区。
The"National Third Front"strategy of the country was the greatest achievement in the 1960s-Panzhihua Iron and Steel City,under the situation of serious surplus steel production in the country,it is an inevitable way to transform for survival and establish livable city,by drawing back the industry,actively developing the city service industry,and bringing about a radical change in the state of"maximizing production and downplaying life".Nongnongping base in Panzhihua Steel,in the next 20 years,will gradually achieve functional replacement,from industrial area to urban integrated living area.In view of the functional area,this paper carries out a short-term and longterm combination of urban design exploration:the recent reduction in production and optimization of life,application of minimally invasive measure to improve the supporting living environment;in the long-term,in the premise of retention of industrial memory and protection of the cultural heritage of Third Front construction,the full implementation of"retreating two and advancing three",and shaping the urban integrated living area.
