全域旅游视角下的欠发达地区特色小镇规划探析——以贵州省中坝镇特色小镇规划为例

A STUDY ON THE PLANNING OF CHARACTERISTIC TOWNS IN UNDERDEVELOPED AREAS FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF GLOBAL TOURISM:A CASE STUDY OF THE CHARACTERISTIC TOWNS IN ZHONGBA TOWN,GUIZHOU PROVINCE

中国正在展开大规模的特色小镇建设,文章以贵州省石阡县中坝镇特色小镇的规划为例,从全域旅游的视角出发,总结了规划目标、规划思路、规划理念、规划重点,规划策略五个方面的实践经验,以期为其他欠发达地区旅游型特色小镇的规划建设提供经验借鉴。

China is carrying out the construction of large-scale characteristic towns.The paper takes the planning of the town of Zhongba in Shiqian county of Guizhou province as a sample of study.From the perspective of global tourism,it summarizes five aspects of practical experience,including the planning objectives,planning ideas,planning concepts,planning priorities,and planning strategies with a view to provide references to planning and construction of tourism-oriented towns in other underdeveloped areas.
