摘要 SDS-Ⅳa定硫仪适用于煤炭、电力、冶金、石化、地勘、环保、科研及学校等行业和部门对煤炭、煤渣、焦炭、催化剂及矿物质、岩石、石油化工产品等物质的全硫测定。其原理是单位质量的试样煤样在1150℃、油样在900℃高温条件下于净化过的空气流中燃烧,煤和油中各种形态的硫均被燃烧分解为二氧化硫(SO_2)和三氧化硫(SO_3),与电解池内的碘化钾反应。根据电解所耗用的电量,计算出试样中全硫含量的百分比。实验表明:电解系统、净化装置、气路系统、进样系统是影响全硫测定结果的的主要因素。 SDS-Iva sulphur determination device is used in industries like coal,electricity,metallurgy,petrochemistry,geological exploration,environmental protection and research to test total sulfur in coal,cinder,coke,catalyst and mineral,rock and petroleum.The coal sample and oil sample are burned in purified air flow under the temperature of 1150℃and 900℃respectively,and various forms of sulfur in coal and oil are disintegrated into S02 and S03 and reacted with potassium iodide,and eventually the percentage of total sulfur is calculated.It shows that electrolytic system,purification device,gas path system,injection system is main influential factor in sulfur test results.
