摘要
基于省际网上零售数据,文章构建了我国网上零售的影响因素模型。实证结果表明,快递投送能力对我国网上零售的影响最大,其次是网民和网购者人数,再次是移动终端的用户人数;社会消费品零售总额为我国网上零售的发展提供了基本空间;线下实体店对网上零售有较强的替代性。因此,应加快发展快递业,进一步普及3G、4G手机,提高信息技术等新技术的渗透率,发挥线上网店与线下实体店的积极性,推动我国零售业的整体发展。
Based on province level online retailing data,this paper develops an online retailing determining model.Empirical study shows that the delivery capacity of the express industry has the greatest influence on online retailing,that the size ofnetizens and online shoppers has the second greatest impact,that the number of third generation mobile phone users ranks third,that the total retail of social goods provides the basic space for the growth of online retailing,and that the offline retailing premises can substitute online retailing substantially.Hence the policy makers and practitioners of online retailing should accelerate the development of the express industry,raise the penetration rate of new informational technology,promote the usage of third or fourth generation mobile phones,synergize the growth of online and offline retailing.
