新建本科院校课堂教学改革中的多利益主体:类型、矛盾及协调研究 被引量:4

摘要 课堂教学是高校应用型人才培养目标得以实现的主要阵地。课堂教学改革的本质是利益相关主体均衡博弈的过程。改革涉及到的利益主体包括决策主体、执行主体、智囊主体和反馈主体四大类,其间存在的利益冲突体现为有形利益和无形利益、共同利益和特殊利益、现时利益和未时利益、既得利益和未得利益等四个方面。这些矛盾的存在导致课堂教学改革推进过程中缺乏共享的价值观、坚韧的执行力和有效的社会参与。因此,需要从更新观念以心理解冻,强化激励以促使行为定型化,以及加强沟通、保障各方话语权等方面完善相关主体间的利益协调机制。 Classroom teaching is the main position of achieving the applied talents training target in Newly-built undergradu-ate universities.The essence of the classroom teaching′s reform is a process of interests′equilibrium among the related subjects.The interests′principal includes decision-making subjects execution subjects brain power and feedback subjects.Among them there are conflicts between tangible and intangible benefits common and special interests present and future interests vested and unavailable interests.These contradictions in the process of the reform of classroom teaching lead to the lack of shared values ex-ecutive force and effective social participation.Therefore we should renew the idea to release the psychological thaw strengthen the incentives to encourage behavior standard and strengthen communication to ensure speaking rights which aims to sound the coordination mechanism among related subjects.
