摘要
职业素养是人们在从事某一具体活动中所应具有的素质和修养,包含职业道德、职业理想(意识)、职业行为习惯、职业技能等内容,是现代职业教育人才培养的必然要求。其中,隐性职业素养是职业素养培育的重要内容,而职业道德是隐性职业素养的核心要素,在阐述职业素养培育心理机制的理论依据的基础上,分析由动力机制、选择机制、加工机制、调节机制和导向机制构成的职业素养培育心理机制的结构模型,并以心理机制为视角提出优化学生职业素养培育的路径与方法。
Occupation accomplishment is the quality and culture that people need in a specific activity including occupation morals occupation ideal consciousness occupation behavior occupation skill training is the inevitable requirement of mod-ern occupation education′s talents cultivation.Among them the implicit occupation literacy is an important content of the occu-pation accomplishment cultivation and occupation morality is the core element of implicit occupation literacy.On the basis of expounding the theory basis of the occupation accomplishment mental mechanism analyzes the occupation accomplishment psy-chological mechanism′s structure model by the dynamic mechanism selection mechanism processing mechanism a regulating mechanism and guiding mechanism and proposes the optimal path and method of occupation accomplishment cultivation of students combined from the perspective of mental mechanism.
