公共体育服务保障体系优化路径研究——以江苏省为例

Study on the Optimization Route of Public Sports Service Guarantee System——A Case Study of Jiangsu Province

为了进一步优化和完善我国公共体育服务保障体系,助推公共体育事业再上新台阶。本文运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等,以江苏省公共体育服务保障体系为研究对象。从江苏省公共体育服务的组织、政策法规、财政投入、信息、健康五个保障体系进行分析和研究,进而得出优化和完善公共体育服务保障体系的路径:以市场为纽带,建立多元联动的组织保障体系;以激励政策吸引社会资金投入到公共体育服务建设中;创新信息化服务保障体系;促进线上线下双规并进;深化体育事业与健康事业深度融合;开创健康管理先河。

In order to further optimize and perfect the public sports service guarantee system in Jiangsu Province and boost the public sports in Jiangsu Province to a new level.In this paper,literature,data analysis and logical analysis are used to study the optimization of Jiangsu public sports service guarantee system.This article analyzes and researches five public security service organizations,policies and regulations,financial input,information and health in Jiangsu Province,and draws the path of optimizing and perfecting the public sports service guarantee system in Jiangsu Province.Taking the market as the link,Linkage with the organizational security system to encourage social incentives to attract investment in public sports services,innovative information service security system to promote both online and offline,deepen the integration of sports and health undertakings,and create a precedent for health management.
