大学生体育锻炼态度与其锻炼行为的关系:锻炼伙伴的调节作用

The Relationship between Attitude Towards Physical Exercise and Exercise Behavior in College Students: The Moderating Effect of Exercise Partner

探讨大学生体育锻炼态度与其锻炼行为的关系以及锻炼伙伴在锻炼行为与锻炼态度关系中的调节作用,为增强大学生体育参与意识,增进其身心健康提供理论依据。方法:主要采用锻炼态度量表,对600名学生进行问卷调查。结果:(1)大学生锻炼态度与锻炼行为显著正向相关;(2)有无固定锻炼伙伴的大学生锻炼行为与锻炼态度的部分维度存在显著差异;(3)固定锻炼伙伴在大学生锻炼行为与锻炼态度关系之间起到部分调节作用。结论:大学生锻炼态度对其锻炼行为有积极影响,改善大学生锻炼态度可以增强大学生体育锻炼意识,增加体育参与程度,促进身心健康。

Objective:In order to explore the relationship between attitude towards physical exercise and exercise Behavior in College students and the moderating effect of exercise partner between exercise attitude and exercise behavior,this study provides a theoretical basis for enhancing college students'awareness of physical activity and enhancing their physical and mental health.Methods:Mainly using Exercise Attitude Scale,600 students were surveyed.Results:(1)There is a significant positive correlation in college students'exercise attitude and exercise behavior.(2)The college student who has or no fixed exercise partner has significant differences in some dimensions of there exercise attitude and exercise behavior.(3)The fixed exercise partner plays a partial role in moderating the relationship between the exercise behavior and the attitude of the students.Conclusion:exercise attitudes of college students have a positive impact on the exercise behavior,improve the exercise attitude of college students could enhance the students awareness of physical exercise,increase the participation in sports,and promote physical and mental health.
