智慧校园视域下中小学体育教师胜任特征结构模型的构建 被引量:5

摘要 随着智慧化校园建设进程的迅猛发展,中小学体育教师胜任特征将面临新的挑战。胜任特征是个体具有的潜在的能力特征,它与工作绩效呈正相关。本研究在梳理已有文献、半结构化访谈及开放式调查的基础上,编制了《中小学体育教师胜任特征结构模型初始量表》,经过对初始量表的试测与修改,形成了正式的《中小学体育教师胜任特征结构模型量表》。经过项目分析、信、效度检验及探索性和验证性因素分析表明,中小学体育教师胜任特征结构模型是由知识特征、技能特征、认知特征和内在品格特征四个维度构成。其中知识特征包含6个观测变量,认知特征包含5个观测变量,技能特征包含6个观测变量,内在品格特征包含6个观测变量,该4维度结构模型的各项拟合指标均较好。 With the rapid development of intelligent campus construction process,teachers'competency of primary and secondary school PE teachers will face new challenges.Competency characteristics are the potential capacity characteristics of individuals,being positively correlated with job performance.On the basis of the combination of the existent literature,semi-structured interviews and open surveys,this paper compiled the initial scale of competency structure model for primary and secondary school PE teachers.Furthermore,in virtue of testing and revising the initial scales,the formal"competency model scale"of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools was formed.The project analyses,reliability and validity tests and exploratory and confirmatory factors analyses we made showed that the competency model of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools consists of four dimensions as follows:knowledge characteristics,skill characteristics,cognitive characteristics and intrinsic character characteristics.Of these characteristics,knowledge characteristics embrace 6 observation variables,cognitive characteristics 5,skill characteristics 6,and cognitive characteristics 5.All of the fitting indexes of this 4-dimension structural model are better than others.
