摘要
目前,国内客车用横向稳定杆普遍存在侧滑问题,导致稳定杆及悬架系统性能和可靠性下降、异常磨损、异响严重。本文通过一客车道路试验反馈,分析导致稳定杆侧滑的根本原因,制定改进措施,并利用ABAQUS软件进行仿真分析。
At present,the national coaches have a common problem of sideslip for the transverse stabilizer bar,which leads to falling of the performance and reliability,abnormal wear and serious abnormal-sound of the transverse stabilizer bar and suspension system.Through the feedback of a coach road test,the authors analyze the basic reasons leading to the sideslip problem of transverse stabilizer bar,make the improvement measures,and take simulation analysis by ABAQUS software.
