基于多种信息计量分析的技术研发热点挖掘方法探索

摘要 探索一种采集多种来源信息、采用多种计量分析手段,进行技术研发热点挖掘的方法。同时采集两种不同信息源的学术论文和专利数据,针对不同信息源数据分别采用引文分析、共词分析、文本聚类等计量分析方法及可视化手段,进行技术的基础研究和应用开发热点分析,并将分析结果进行比较和综合后作为最终的技术研发热点挖掘结果。最后,以车联网技术为例进行了实证分析。 A method of mining technology R&D focus by using multi-source information and various informetrics tools is present.The data of academic papers and patents data are collected both from two different information sources,and are used to analyze the technology focus on basic research and application development by different informetrics tools like citation analysis,co-word analysis and text clustering respectively.The different analysis results are showed by different visualization tools,and are compared and synthesized as the final analysis conclusion of technology R&D focus.At last,empirical analyzing IOV(Internet of Vehicles)technology R&D focus is taken as a practical example.
