现今女大学生就业问题与对策分析——以某高校为例

Female College Students' Employment Problems and Their Countermeasures——a Case Study of a University

大学生们尤其是女大学生们,面临着当前岗位少、就业难等现实问题。高校女大学生就业难的成因有社会经济层面的客观原因,也有女大学生自身的主观原因。该文结合某高校实例,调查研究女大学生就业难的问题,并提出了一些解决对策,旨在帮助女大学生解决困难,促进就业。

College students,especially female college students,are facing such practical problems-the fewer current posi tions than male university students and difficult employment.The causes of the employment difficulties for female college stu dents lie in not only the objective social development-the social and economic levels,but also their own subjective reasons.In this paper,combined with an example of a university,the investigation and analysis of female college students'employment problems are made,and some countermeasures are put forward,hoping to help solve the difficulties of female college students to promote employment.
