聚乙二醇分子量和用量对淀粉浆膜性能的影响

摘要 针对淀粉浆膜脆硬的缺陷,采用聚乙二醇(PEG)为增塑剂,以膜的断裂强度、断裂伸长率和回潮率为量化指标,考察PEG分子量对淀粉浆膜力学性能的影响.研究表明,不同分子量的PEG均对淀粉浆膜起到了增塑作用,PEG400的增塑作用最好.此外,探索了PEG400的用量对淀粉浆膜的增塑作用.结果表明,在用量4%~16%范围内,随着用量的增加,增塑作用逐渐增强. The effect of molecular weight of PEG on tensile properties of starch films was investigated for overcoming the shortcomings of film hardness and brittleness,in terms of tensile strength,breaking elongation,and moisture regain of the films.The results indicate that all the types PEG of provide the plasticization to starch films.And the PEG400 exhibits the strongest plasticization to starch films.In addition,effect of mass ratio of PEG400 to starch on the plasticization for starch films was also investigated.The results show that its plasticization for starch films enhances as the mass ratios increase under the ratios of 4%~16%.
