中小学教师职业付出—回报不平衡感的现状调查与分析 被引量:7

摘要 以584名中小学教师为对象,通过问卷调查与访谈探讨中小学教师职业的付出—回报不平衡感。结果显示:教师职业总体呈现高付出—低回报倾向。通过人口学变量分析,在教师职业付出回报不平衡感方面,男性教师略高于女性教师、城市教师略高于农村教师,但各年龄段不存在显著差异。另外,学历教育可以改善教师付出—回报不平衡感的现状。该研究为探讨降低教师工作压力新模型提供了重要参考,为提高教师职业幸福感,提升教师职业吸引力提供借鉴。
