摘要
以教师为中心的传统教学模式在以英语作为第二语言的教学中已成为长期存在的问题,它限制了学生语言技能的发展,使学生成为消极的知识接受者,而不是积极的语言吸收者,本文旨在探讨教师在以学生为中心的教学模式中的主导作用,更有助于提高学生的语言应用能力。
teacher-centered teaching mode in English(as the second language)has many long-standing problems.It limits the development of students’language skills,makes them passive knowledge receiver instead of active language absorber.The paper makes a discussion on the leading role of teachers in student-centered education mode,and it would be helpful for improving students’language application ability.
